SHIPPING
When placing an order with modishop.com, we require a physical address for delivery (no P.O. Boxes).
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Singapore Deliveries (Free Delivery for S$50.00 and above): Please allow 1-2 working days after order(s) processed.
International Standard Deliveries (Singapore Speedpost Air Parcel): Please allow 6-17 working days after order(s) processed.
International Express Deliveries (Singapore Speedpost Express Courier): Please allow 1-7 working days after order(s) processed.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Modishop.com offers 7 days exchange policy upon received the products which not completely satisfactory, please contact info@modishop.com. All customised orders are final and may not be exchanged.
Please provide the following information when requesting an exchange: customer name, invoice number, product item and the reason of exchange. All products returned MUST be in 100 percent complete and contain ALL original boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Shipping charges on returned items are customer's responsibility. Please ship back via by insured shipment in case of loss or damage. DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to modishop.com within 7 days upon received the product, at modishop.com discretion of replacement or exchange. Modishop.com does not offer refunds. All the original shipping and handling charges are not refunded on all returned items.

Modishop.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Modishop.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Modishop.com will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Modishop.com stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. PLACING ORDER AND PRICING
All pricing is in SG Dollars. Please note that pricing and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. Modishop.com reserves the right not to sell below its cost. E & OE.
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by modishop.com, this includes the pre-paid orders.
Modishop.com may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If modishop.com requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to modishop.com, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
To minimize errors and improve efficiency, orders should be placed using our on-line ordering system whenever possible.
Price may vary depending upon location due to freight costs and other logistical requirements.
Modishop.com reserves the rights to adjust freight cost at any time.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by modishop.com.
The Customer shall at its own expense, arrange collection of products from modishop.com at its premises. Alternatively, modishop.com in its sole and absolute discretion may arrange physical delivery of products to the Customer at the Customer's address, such delivery being at the cost of the Customer. The Customer shall be deemed to assume and shall be liable for loss or damage to products from the time they are placed on to the vehicle to transport them from modishop.com premises unless the Customer has insured the item when buying from modishop.com.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to accept the delivery item(s). Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
When ordering item(s) delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from modishop.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the item(s). Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
After your order is placed, you will be sent an E-mail acknowledgement that will include an Internet link with your order tracking number, which can be used to track your order status.
DELIVERY TIME
Any date Quoted for delivery is an estimate only, and unless a guarantee shall have been given by modishop.com in writing providing for liquidated damages for failure to deliver by the Quoted date, modishop.com shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage howsoever arising for failure to deliver on or before the Quoted date. The Customer shall accept and pay for Products, not withstanding any failure by modishop.com to deliver by the Quoted date.
Goods specially ordered in, must be fully paid for prior to delivery & cannot be returned or exchanged without express approval from modishop.com in writing. The latter case would still attract the normal restocking fee.
EXCHANGE / CANCELLATIONS
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops. Please select carefully at the time when you place your order.
Exchange will only be accepted within 7 days upon receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to modishop.com within 7 days of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by E-mail or Fax at +65 6720 8554.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
Modishop.com owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the dispatching will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.
Cancellations may be communicated by E-mail or Fax at +65 6720 8554.
Cancellation for customised items would attract a 50% cancellation fee.
PAYMENT
Payment for products ordered through modishop.com can be made by credit card or Modishop LPP bank account telegraphic transfer.
LIABILITY
a) Modishop.com shall not be liable to the Customer, or to any other person whomsoever, for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly connection with the Products, other than expressly imposed by statute in terms of which it is not possible to limit or exclude liability.
b) Modishop.com expressly excludes liability for consequential loss or damage including but not limited to loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Modishop.com does not stored any credit card details for any Customers. The Customer will ensure that credit card details are their sole responsibility to safe guard.
WAIVER
The failure or neglect by Modishop LLP to enforce or waiver the provisions hereof, shall not be constituted nor shall be deemed to be a waiver of Modishop LLP's rights hereunder, nor in any way effect the validity of the whole or any part of the terms and conditions of sale, nor prejudice Modishop LLP's right to take subsequent action.
SEVER ABILITY
In the event that any part of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, unlawful or un-enforceable to any extent, such terms or conditions shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
